We therefore analyze each invention thoroughly together with the inventor team in order to define the core of the invention for the application procedure in the best possible way in order to achieve comprehensive protection with a high chance of success. In addition, we are your contact for all patent issues and support you, for example, in the transfer of technical property rights.
Drafting of more than 2000 new applications per year
Thanks to our decades of experience, we can also process large quantities of invention disclosures from large companies with high quality. We carefully prepare each invention for the examination procedure as a patent and/or utility model application. Every year, we draft over 2000 utility model and patent applications.
Our range of services also includes the drafting of opinions on patentability, infringement reports and freedom-to-operate reports. Advice and support in patent infringement matters are also part of our services. In addition, we carry out searches and analyses of the state of the art technology.
Litigation experience in Germany and Europe
We have extensive experience in court proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court, the German Federal Court of Justice and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Our attorneys are experienced in bilateral proceedings such as opposition and nullity proceedings as well as in subsequent appeal proceedings. We represent our clients in these proceedings in Germany and in Europe.
