For this purpose, we carefully determine your protection requirements and advise you on the full range of protection options under trademark law. Based on database searches, we help you to choose trademarks, business names or titles that you can use without legal conflicts. For design applications, we support you in creating suitable design views and determining the appropriate scope of protection.
We advise and represent you in and out of court
We advise you on all aspects of industrial property protection, from portfolio strategy and negotiations with other IP owners to issuing warning letters for infringements of IP rights or unfair competition law.
If required by the situation, we will also enforce your rights. We represent you before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (GPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG) and German civil courts. In urgent cases, we obtain urgent legal protection for you by preliminary injunction proceedings.
